Customizing labels

If you are using the advanced address verification feature, an additional block can be displayed on the Checkout or Thank you page. It is possible to override all of the block's prompts, messages and labels using the Labels page found in the app nav:

The Labels page is grouped into four logical sections:

• Initial prompt - displayed if address verification is triggered
• Outcomes - the four possible address verification outcomes
• Actions - the labels used for all action buttons
• Confirmation - the messages displayed when an address is chosen (this only applies to the Thank you page)

Customizing a label

1. Find the appropriate section and the label within it that you would like to customize.

2. The default label is displayed as a placeholder, which can be overridden.

3. Once all label changes have been made, click the Save button.

Restoring default labels

1. Simply remove the label that has been used to override the default.

2. The default label is displayed as a placeholder again.

3. Once all required labels have been restored, click the Save button.
